Throne Ridge Apartments was developed by the RMECDC to provide affordable housing for residents of Rocky Mount and Edgecombe County.  The complex contains 72 apartments (2 and 3 bedrooms units) and 2 community resource centers.

Thorne Ridge Apartments I

Thorne Ridge Apartments has thirty-two (32) 2-3 bedroom apartments and was built in 2000.

 

 

Thorne Ridge Apartments II

Thorne Ridge Apartments II has fourty (40) 2-3 bedroom apartments and was built in response to Hurricane Floyd in 2001.

Adjacent to Genesis Estates

Thorne Ridge Apartments is a part of the Genesis Estates community.  It is located roughly a quarter-mile from the Crossing at 64 project.
